Residents love Crestmoor for its large lots (9,000 sf is common), Beaver-Cleaver atmosphere and spacious ranch-style homes.  Developed mainly in the 50s and 60s, empty nesters and families are equally at home here.  Over the past five years, quite a few homes have been scraped and large new builds with plenty of space for families have sprung up.

It is all about the park.  Neighbors gather here to walk their dogs, jog or picnic in the Colorado sunshine. The park is equipped with a baseball diamond, tennis quarts, soccer fields and play structures. The Crestmoor Swim and Tennis Club also attracts many families to this area, as it maintains that members must live within the boundaries of Crestmoor.

Old Crestmoor consists of older Colonial and Tudor style homes built in the 1930s. It is a 40 acre enclave within Crestmoor that is filled with mature trees, park-like back yards and homes full of architectural charm. There are no sidewalks or alleys in Crestmoor or Old Crestmoor which adds to the neighborhood character.
