Residents love Crestmoor for its large lots (9,000 sf is common), Beaver-Cleaver atmosphere and spacious ranch-style homes.  Developed mainly in the 50s and 60s, empty nesters and families are equally at home here.  Over the past five years, quite a few homes have been scraped and large new builds with plenty of space for families have sprung up.
