Broker associateTrish Bragg and business partner, Maggie Armstrong are two senior-level business executives who transitioned their business skills into highly-accomplished real estate careers. In ten years together as a team, they have risen to become the top-selling brokers at LIV Sotheby's International Realty Cherry Creek office and are top ten in the company as a whole. They have significantly grown their business year after year and earned the trust and respect of their clients. Both lifelong real estate lovers (and chronic remodelers), Trish and Maggie established their roots in Denver after living in New York, Chicago, Iowa, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Hong Kong. They share 22 years of combined real estate sales experience, exceeding $42 million in sales in 2014.
Their fresh and positive approach to managing real estate transactions has been the foundation of their success. The majority of their business has been based on referrals from friends and associates, half of whom are people moving to Denver from out of the state. Trish and Maggie founded the Denver Designer Show House in 2010. They have chaired three Show Houses over the past five years and raised over $200.000 for children's Hospital Colorado.
